Robert G. Whittel attended and graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Long Island, New York and then obtained his law degree and MBA in finance from the University of Florida. After his graduation from the University of Florida, Mr. Whittel practiced law at a large, international law firm before moving on to become a criminal prosecutor. While a criminal prosecutor, attorney Whittel was invited to study international law at Cambridge University in England. This invitation was quickly accepted by Mr. Whittel, who saw the opportunity of furthering his legal education at the prestigious university.
